No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our poultry products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final.

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any products. Please verify your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

11. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeline: All orders will be delivered within one (1) day of order confirmation, subject to availability and delivery location within our serviceable areas.

Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made during business hours. You will be contacted before delivery to confirm availability.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order.

Refund Policy

As we do not accept returns or exchanges, refunds are generally not applicable. However, in case of order cancellation before dispatch or non-delivery due to our fault, refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 working days.
